Who is Cashray?
Cashray is an online consumer financial service platform based in Sri Lanka, where customer can obtain an instant small loan from various lenders. Enabled by our state-of-the-art financial technologies, we can meet your daily financial needs without asking for collaterals and going through complex application procedures.
Applying for a loan
How Can I Apply For a Loan?
Please Download and Install from www.cashray.com .
Select the loan amount and duration and click on get money button, then enter the valid mobile number which you’re using in the same mobile phone. Enter the SMS code which you will receive to the mobile number you enter above (to get an SMS code click on “Send SMS Code” link)
If you wish to refer your friend please enter your friends refer code otherwise you can skip that step. Please click on sign in and start to fill your application.
Is it supporting i phones?
We regret to inform you that our App does not support to i Phone (Any version of apple phones / IOS operating system).
Can I apply for the loan from the desktop?
Applying for a loan from Desktop is not possible.
Can I apply for the loan without installing the app?
No. The only option is to install cashray app.
If I Install and apply will Cashray guarantee my loan?
Cashray cannot guarantee the loan until it approves by the system.
How much can I take?
New Customers Are Eligible For Rs 5000/-, Repeating Customers With excellent credit histories may get a higher amount.
How much should I repay?
You can check the amount to be paid in the APP based on our credit calculator. Depending on the loan amount and repayment date we will be charging a processing fee and service fee.
Please apply only if you agree with the repayment amount, date and rest of the terms and conditions.
What is the eligibility criteria to obtain a loan?
We offer loans to any customers
We do not require any documents. Just submit following information:
Once your loan is approved, you will receive an SMS from us informing you to the next step to get your cash transferred to your bank account.
I applied but did not receive any update from your end. What should I do?
Regret for the inconvenience. We are glad to assist you. Please contact us for assistance.
You will receive your loan within 30minitues after a verification call from us. We will send you a confirmation text message once the money is a credit to the account.
I did not receive money yet after the confirmation. What should I do?
Regret for the inconvenience. We are glad to assist you promptly. Please contact us for assistance.
When is my loan due date?
You will be able to view your loan due date from the Repayment button. We recommend you to make the payment on or before the due date to avoid any penalty charges.
What methods can I use to repay my loan?
Is early payment possible?
Yes, early repayment is possible. Please make the early payment to avoid any penalty.
What is the penalty fee for late payment?
When your loan is overdue, we will charge 2% of the full loan amount each day as of late payment fee.
Miscellaneous
Can I take another loan?
Yes, if you have settled your current loan with us, you can obtain a new loan with a higher amount depending on your loan history quicker that usually loan.
Why is my loan rejected?
Kindly note that loan is approved after considering your Company , Job , income, Duration of the job and contact number provided. Hence please provide the correct information, if you have already provided correct information and still loan is rejected please try after one month.
This is an automated process and the customer service team will not be able to give any reason for assist on rejection loans to take funds.
Can I change my mobile number?
Yes, to change your existing mobile number you need to send us your NIC and NIC Selfie picture via Facebook or Help/Customer service via APP along with your new mobile number.
Please do not change your mobile number without notifying us.
What is your working time?
Monday to Sunday (7Days) from 9.00 AM to 5.30 PM
What if I can’t repay on time ?
Please contact our recovery team and discuss for a settlement date.

- Currently employed or with a fixed income.
- Sri Lankan Citizen.
We do not require any documents. Just submit following information:
- Your NIC number
- Selfie of yours holding NIC/Driving License/Passport
- Your bank account number and copy of Bankbook/Bank Statement to verify your account to transfer the money (Money will be transferred only to your account.)
Once your loan is approved, you will receive an SMS from us informing you to the next step to get your cash transferred to your bank account.
